Identify Process and Policy Documents For Review
We work with the client to identify the policies and processes that need review either regulatory or internal based. We also identify if the client needs any new processes that need to be documented.

We collect detailed information about the existing process documents. We engage with key stakeholders, including process owners, employees, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand existing processes and policies.

We table the gaps that exist in the current policies/ processes and the existing documents for approval by stakeholders.
