    • We work with the clients at its early stage to define the scope and the deliverables. The detailed project plan and the milestones are drawn up in discussion with the client.
    • We work with the client to strategies the structure required for the business/product and bring the right resources and ensure adequate training is given for the job.
    • We help identify the relevant technology to ensure the right systems and also work on the testing and implementation of the systems before going live.
    • We document the processes and policies required for the new product/processes

    Operate Phase

    • Once the product/processes get functional we manage the day-to-day operations and ensure that the functioning is smooth and day-to-day targets are met.
    • Day-to-day Performance Monitoring to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) to delivered.
    • We keep Identifying opportunities for improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness and Implement optimisation strategies and monitor their impact.

    Transfer Phase

    • We develop a detailed transfer plan outlining the process, timeline, and responsibilities to Ensure all contractual obligations and legal requirements are met. We also enable knowledge transfer by providing comprehensive training to the client’s teams.
    • Our handover includes the transfer of all necessary documentation, operational manuals, and knowledge ensuring a smooth transition to the organisation with minimal disruption. Wherever the client deems it necessary we hand hold the transition as well.
