Job Description:

• UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups for payment business and customer applications. Ensure consistency in design elements and user flows across all screens and platforms. Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
• Creatives and Banners: Design visually appealing creatives, banners, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns and app features. Create eye-catching graphics and illustrations to enhance brand identity and user engagement.
• Change Requests Management: Handle change requests from stakeholders and implement design updates in a timely manner. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design changes and maintain design integrity.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, program managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to align on project goals and deliverables.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Advocate for UI/UX best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows.

Skill Sets and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and UI UX Courses preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design
• projects and achievements.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Fig jam and industry standard other design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus

• Stakeholder Satisfaction:

Solicit feedback from stakeholders on design deliverables and incorporate suggestions for improvement. Strive to exceed stakeholder expectations by delivering high-quality designs that meet project requirements and user needs.
