Candidate Job Location: Pune
Qualification: Any Graduate | Total Experience: 9 to 12 years
Notice Period (Max): Immediate or up to 30 days

Skills Required:

• Organized with attention to detail; Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning, in both waterfall and agile project planning (or combination of both).
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Ability to review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
• Experience in working in Agile & Scrum process to produce quality releases.
• Experience in API Testing & Database Testing.
• Executing of test cases for functional, regression testing, interface testing, smoke testing and UAT testing, Updation of Requirement Traceability matrix
• Understanding and knowledge of SDLC and STLC, Unit Testing, Defect Management, Bugzilla experience in preparation of test cases and their execution.

Domain Skills / Experience:

• Proven experience in managing projects in the Payments and Fintech domain

Responsibilities:

• Managed projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline

• Developed comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation

• Activity and resource planning (track the project’s scope/ determine available resources to realistically set time estimates); Ability to analyze and manage project risk

• Controlling time management (Define / Sequence / Estimate the duration of activity / Develop & Maintain a schedule). Ensuring customer satisfaction

• Conducted testing activities to ensure quality and functionality of assigned systems; ensured timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project life-cycle

• Working with development teams to guarantee apps fulfil demands and are of high quality and providing technical support to the team

• Reviewing project test and implementation schedules; monitoring, documenting, and reporting the current progress reports, recommendation of actions of defects for each testing cycle and overall project to the management.
