Position - L1 Support Executive
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an L1 Support Executive at Krayontek Solutions. The L1 Support Executive will be responsible for Onboarding, Integration, UAT, Production technical support and troubleshooting for clients. Responsible for Issue reporting and resolution management. Additionally, the L1 Support Executive will communicate regularly with the team to identify and escalate issues that require more advanced technical support.s
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role in a Bank or NBFC.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, knowledge of MySQL and CSS
- Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, CRM
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients or team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
