Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Infrastructure Associate with 3+ years of experience in supporting IT infrastructure, including network configurations, server setup, cloud services, and operating systems management. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to grow their career in IT infrastructure, with hands-on exposure to disaster recovery and cloud management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disaster Recovery & Backup Support
  Assist in the execution of disaster recovery plans and regular backup procedures. Ensure that data is regularly backed up and securely stored for recovery purposes.

• Cloud Services Management
  Support the management of cloud infrastructure, including provisioning cloud resources, maintaining cloud storage, and supporting cloud-based applications.
• Network Support
  Assist with the configuration and management of network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Perform basic troubleshooting of network-related issues.
• Server Configuration & Management
  Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of physical and virtual servers. Perform software installations, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Operating System Support
  Provide support for operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux. Assist in patch management, system updates, and security hardening.
• Infrastructure Monitoring
  Monitor the performance of servers, networks, and cloud environments using monitoring tools. Assist in resolving any performance issues that may arise.
• Technical Documentation
  Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
• Collaboration & Learning
  Work closely with senior team members to resolve technical issues. Take initiative to expand knowledge and learn about new technologies in IT infrastructure.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including experience with server management, network configurations, cloud services, and operating systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Basic experience with server setup and administration (Windows, Linux).
  • Familiarity with cloud management services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of backup and recovery procedures.
  • Experience with monitoring and performance tuning tools.
• Must have:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
