Designation: Implementation Specialist
Candidate Job Location: Pune, Yerwada
Qualification: Any Graduate
Total Experience: 3 to 4 years
Notice Period (Max): Immediate to 30 days

Experience/ Skills Required:

• Experience supporting standard infrastructure design and implementation
• Demonstrated understanding of Payment’s core products and services
• Successfully completed detailed testing and implementation of hardware and software elements
• Demonstrated understanding of transaction processing specially in Payment Gateway business
• Experience leading customers through trainings and manuals; answers general questions
• Sector Experience: Payment Domain preferred

Preferred Skills:

• At least 3 years of work experience in relevant in payment solution consulting services or business environments, implementing POS applications

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of customer implementation engagements, including consultancy, training, project management, testing, and customized production configurations for existing and new customers
• Partners with sales team, Account management teams to customize specific implementation plans while providing technical and product expertise to customers pre and post launch.
• Takes the lead as the primary interface between the customer during technical implementations where project complexity is tailored to meet unique customer needs
• Facilitate the implementation and support of Point of Sales systems
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Profound understanding of Point of Sales business processes
• Understanding of integration points between POS and other store/head office systems
• Understands the standard concepts, best practices, and procedures of Point-of-Sale (POS) software integration and deployment
• Would need to travel in case of testing support/production migration support
