Job Description:

• Should have handled recon and settlement process of PPI, BBPS, UPI and Rupay cards.
• Should be well conversant with the NPCI and other regulatory guidelines.
• The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of discrepancies and providing guidance to the team of reconciliation analysts.
• Incentive payout validation based on the available grid and respective business numbers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in payment reconciliation in a bank/NBFC.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Ability to take in additional responsibilities and execute them.
