Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Customer Support executive at Krayontek Solutions. We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist our customers with solutions to problems/issues when using our products and services.
Exp – 1 - 2 years above

Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive in chat or email
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
- Quick learner to get adapted to the new product and service offerings.
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly responsive to the customer queries/issues being received, to be able to resolve and respond within the timeline.
- Good working knowledge of MS – Excel, to be able to prepare MIS / Dashboards etc;
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Good team player.
- Thrive to learn new concepts and ability to work in a highly challenging environment will be desirable
