This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mumbai, for a Salesforce Migration Business Analyst at Krayontek Solutions. The Salesforce Business Analyst is a techno functional role and will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, identifying business process improvements, configuring, customizing and migration in Salesforce.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to gather and refine requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions to communicate them to technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Thrive to learn new concepts and ability to work in a highly challenging environment will be desirable.
- Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Prior experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required Experience in CRM implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Prior experience of migration of projects in Salesforce is required.
- Work experience in a Financial Services domain is preferrable.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team player.
